Buster the Parade Clown

Buster the Parade Clown joins parades as a street sweeper. While pedaling the parade route on his trusty vintage Schwinn bike with custom made sidecar that houses his brooms, garbage can, umbrella and other equipment, Buster the Parade Clown entertains the crowd by cleaning up trash and distributing paper flowers to young children.
